Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using SoloGym, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Legal
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SoloGym : Fitness Coach (“SoloGym,” “the app”), published by Deepak Kumar Dangi.
By downloading, accessing, or using SoloGym, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SoloGym is a general fitness and workout-planning tool for personal use. You may use the app to select training goals, follow workout programs, view exercise guidance, watch demonstration videos, and track sessions on your device.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
SoloGym is not a medical device and is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or injury.
Workout splits, exercise lists, demonstration videos, and meal ideas are general examples for fitness planning. They are not guaranteed results and are not individualized medical or diet prescriptions.
SoloGym does not claim that you will lose weight, gain muscle, or achieve any specific fitness outcome by using the app.
You are responsible for how you train. In particular, you agree to:
If you ask about injuries, pain, disease, or treatment, SoloGym’s content is not a substitute for professional medical care.
SoloGym offers free programs (including shorter starter and foundation plans) without a subscription. Optional SoloGym Premium access unlocks longer Premium training programs (including progressive programs in the 12–52 week range, depending on the plan).
Premium content availability may change over time as programs are updated in the app.
SoloGym Premium is offered as an optional auto-renewing subscription (for example, monthly or yearly plans when available in the App Store). Exact pricing, duration, and package details are shown in the app paywall and App Store at the time of purchase. Prices are not fixed in these Terms.
Free features remain available without a subscription.
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. SoloGym does not process or store your card details.
Subscription status may also be confirmed through RevenueCat, which SoloGym uses to manage Premium entitlements. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card details from SoloGym.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current subscription rate shown by Apple.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not typically refund the current billing period already charged, except as required by Apple’s policies or applicable law.
Deleting the SoloGym app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple’s subscription management.
If you reinstall SoloGym or use a new device, you can restore an existing Premium purchase with Restore Purchases in SoloGym Settings (or the paywall), while signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
SoloGym, including its name, branding, UI design, workout program structure, text, and other app content, is owned by Deepak Kumar Dangi or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial fitness planning.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content except as allowed by law.
SoloGym is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that workout content is suitable for every individual.
You use SoloGym at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Deepak Kumar Dangi and its developers are not liable for injury, loss, or other outcomes arising from exercise you choose to do, reliance on app content, or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will show a new effective date and may be posted on https://sologym.fitness/ and/or within the app. Continued use of SoloGym after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
